Owner Bio
Jerry (Bruno) Brunelli is known for his love of outfielders with speed and the inability to hit a 17 foot jumper. He once served an incredible six-week internship with his uncle Guido "I Breaka-u-legga" Salducci, and credits that time with molding his viewss on the delicate art of trade negotiations. He still considers Guido a key advisor, and is often call on to testify in critical FBI cases.
His first exposure to sports ownership came at the helm of the J&B Brew Crew, a barnstorming outfit that became famous for its "$18 outfield" and all-night post-game flings. Bruno dominated the fantasy landscape for years until the trail of loose women and celebratory bashes caught up with him, and he was forced to flee to the Dominican. It was here that Bruno was incarcerated for six months for standing besottedly on the bleachers and screaming "You are my Fantasy Stud!" endlessly to Andujar Cedeno.
Bruno likes the sound of the bat on the ball, the occasional bite of sushi, and the smell of springtime in Fond Du Lac.
Franchise Lineage:
2018 to Present: Wisconsin Snowbirds -- Owner: Jerry Brunelli (aka "Bruno")
2001 to 2017: Long Beach Tidalwaves -- Owner: Brad Hawkins (aka "heybrad")
