Owner Bio

When people complain that the price of authentic dinosaur bones and fossils have become unaffordable for an ordinary family of five, Utah Raptors owner/GM Eric "Allo" Wertzler must have to suppress a chuckle.
After years of backbreaking excavation all over the world, Wertzler finally hit the mother lode of dinosaur fossil sites in 1998, and fortunately for him it was right in his own backyard. Now, as the owner of an estimated 95% of the worlds entire stockpile of dinosaur bones and fossils Wertzler can pretty much name his price when collectors come calling. According to Wertzler: "I donate a lot of bones and fossils to museums of course, on the condition they rename their museum after me, but beyond that I expect top dollar from private collectors, friends, or family members: otherwise it's simply not worth my time."
After purchasing an FOBL franchise for the leagues inaugural season (he is one of the "Original 36" owners), Wertzler threw his energies into fake baseball for years with very successful on field results, but with the lure of real money in the burgeoning dinosaur bones and fossils market beckoning, he began delegating more and more tasks to underlings.
"Who needs fake money when you can get real money, and I'm talkin' enough real money to commit crimes with no risk of prison" said an increasingly irritated Wertzler. "Hey, you just about done with this bio blurb, time is money too, mack."
