Owner Bio
Engineering magnate, lobotomy subject, and internationally notorious skiffy writer Ron Collins (RonCo) has soft spots in his heart for right-handed power hitters, chocolate chip ice cream, and Fabreeze Air Freshener--not necessarily in that order. He is among the few people in existence to take four years of High Sschool German and come out of it with only the ability to say "Acht!" at the top of his lungs. Team insiders suggest this is what drew him first to the OOTP world, and that RonCo uses this ability to its fullest at every meeting of the Nuke board of directors.
Purchasing controlling interest in the FOBL's Essex franchise was the fulfillment of one of RonCo's long-term fantasies. "I always dreamed of ripping a team from its original location and planting it across country," he said from his winter home in the FujiIslands. "Now that I've been there and done that I'll have to reassess the meaning of life, liberty, and the pursuit of additional research about why those little Vienna wieners are so good with crackers."
Luckily for FOBL fans in Los Alamos, the NukeDogs sold at the Crater are substantially larger than Vienna sausages.
