Owner Bio

In 1996 Greenbelt Gophers owner Critch arrived from Scotland penniless, but with a dream in his heart. That dream was to win the lottery and never have to do an honest day's work ever again.
Unfortunately that plan failed, so Critch set about becoming astoundingly wealthy by another route, a route that has seen his MacHaggis restaurants become one of the top 7 Scottish-themed fast food concerns on the East coast. When not drunkenly ranting on about the Old Country or picking fights with people he suspects of being English, Critch likes to ineptly run his FOBL team, a team he's been slowly destroying since day one of the league.
Critch credits his MacHaggis success to the lax health and safety laws in the US. Through a translator he said that in Scotland if somebody fell into the meat-processing vat you'd be fined. Here it's 150lb of free meat and one less grasping hand on payday.
