The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Bubba Walker of El Paso last week. The shortstop had a 6-game stretch to remember and today he was named the Stafford League Player of the Week.
Walker delivered 14 hits in 26 at-bats to hit .538 with no home runs and 3 RBIs.
Walker is hitting .320 in 2030 with no home runs, 22 RBIs and 35 runs scored. He has 72 hits in 225 at-bats and played in 55 games.

| Thursday, July 4th, 2030: Wisconsin Reliever Ill
After feeling sick for a few days, Lawrence Dockery finally visited his doctor and the diagnosis was the flu. This problem could keep him out of Wisconsin's lineup for 2 weeks.
This year Dockery has pitched 30.2 innings over 27 relief appearances, picking up no saves and held opponents to a .252 average. Dockery has a 2-2 record with a 3.82 ERA and 36 strikeouts.

Cory Dudley of the El Paso Beetles had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Stafford League.
The 21-year-old center fielder put up a .500 average with a .593 on-base percentage, racking up 11 hits in 22 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
Dudley is hitting .374 in 2030 with 20 RBIs and 1 home run.
