Sunday, April 20th, 2031: Miller Whitewashes Fighting Prawns
The Fighting Prawns manager was philosophical after his team was shut out by the Ayr Stunt Monkeys 1-0.

"It was just one of those games, shake it off and do better next time," he said.

Larry Miller blanked them on 4 hits with no walks and 7 strikeouts.

"I kept them off balance. I could tell a lot of them were late on fastballs. They were fouling them off. Once you see that, it sets them up for other pitches," Miller said.

"I set them up pretty good, where if they chased one breaking ball, they were going to chase another one."

Tuesday, April 8th, 2031: James Defeats Lightning For #250
Edward James of the Portland Fighting Prawns pitched his way into the exclusive 250-win club today at The Prawn Shop by stopping the Las Vegas Lightning 7-0. In his historic outing, he surrendered 6 hits and no runs in 8 innings with 6 strikeouts and 1 walk.

With a huge grin on his face, the 37-year-old James told reporters after the game, "Now I got to get real busy -- and start working on my next 250 wins."

A check of his career stats reveals James has chalked up 250 wins and 157 losses with 2900 strikeouts and a 3.34 ERA. Opposing teams have put up a .697 batting average against him.
