On his milestone day Hudkins had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Tongue-in-cheek he told the press, "Don't tell me when I get close to the next milestone. Just tell me after I reach it. It will be easier to hit that way."
In his career stats Hudkins has compiled a .254 batting average and collected 1560 hits, 300 home runs and 1061 RBIs. | | Tuesday, April 15th, 2031: Sharks Pitching Ravaged by Macneil "It was almost like batting practice. I saw the ball very well and could just about hit it anywhere I wanted." That's what Philadelphia right fielder Michael Macneil said to BNN reporters after his fantastic 6-6 day against the Honolulu Sharks at Frank Rizzo Memorial Stadium. "I got some good counts and used the whole field."
The Billyclubs had a good day, too, and won the ballgame 17-3.
M. Macneil doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.

He got a lot of high-5's from his teammates for his outstanding hitting against the Utica Wombats. Gómez smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his record-setting day, leading his club to a 12-2 win.
His manager said, "António was hitting everything. It really was a special game for him."
In the other dugout the opposing manager told BNN beat writers, "He ambushed my boys today. Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but luckily, tomorrow is another day. Hopefully it will be our day to shine."
A. Gómez singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off T. Simmons in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
