Saturday, September 1st, 2035: Neal Garners RL Batter of the Month Award

Monday, August 27th, 2035: Read League Selects Best Performer
Woodrow Neal burst onto the Read League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for Silicon Valley garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy.

The 25-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .478 (11-23) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week.

Thus far in 2035 Neal is hitting .308 with 20 home runs, 77 RBIs, 77 runs scored and has compiled a .399 OBP.
Sunday, August 12th, 2035: Davis Sensational, 5-5
Next time the Sting Rays might think twice about pitching to Glen Davis. Today at E-Holes Ballpark the Silicon Valley catcher really burned Maui pitching, going 5-for-5 in the E-Holes 16-3 triumph.

"When he's seeing the ball well," his skipper told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."

G. Davis doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off A. Hill in the 9th.

In 2035 Davis is hitting .244, batted in 39 runs with 5 home runs and 37 runs scored.
