Chad Roach of the Honolulu Banana Rats not only shut out Moose Jaw 8-0, he made it look effortless. Roach stopped them on 4 hits to help the Banana Rats cruise past the Caribou. His performance included 11 strikeouts and 3 walks.
This year Roach has fanned 203 in 183.2 innings and collected a 16-3 record with a 1.96 ERA.

 | Tuesday, September 2nd, 2036: Great Stroke: Little Gets 5 Hits
It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Robert Little. It was a very special day, one that many players never experience. But he did. Little went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Moose Jaw pitching.
When the dust settled on the diamond at Ballpark of Honolulu, he had a career 5-5 day and something he will long remember. And the Honolulu Banana Rats had a 9-6 victory over the Caribou.
"Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview.
R. Little hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
Looking at his season stats, Little has compiled a .284 batting average and a .451 on-base percentage, while hitting 10 home runs and driving in 74 runs.

 | Wednesday, August 27th, 2036: Silver Sparkles in Shutout
Pat Silver was dynamite today and just blew Moose Jaw away in the 7-0 victory. The Winnipeg Whips starter had everything working as he hurled a 2-hit shutout over the Caribou, recording 6 strikeouts and no walks.
"He was pure nasty out there today. I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing," said the Moose Jaw skipper during his postgame press conference.
This season Silver has 6 wins and 6 losses and a 3.78 ERA.
