 | Monday, July 31st, 2034: Orono Shuts out Frost Ferrets, Ford Winner Duane Ford of the Orono Ingersolls put the clamps on the opposition and held the Bloomington Frost Ferrets scoreless in a 4-hit whitewash. "He's got some good stuff, but we should have done better than that," said the Bloomington skipper after the 4-0 loss. Ford was on target most of the game and finished with 11 strikeouts and 4 walks. In 20 starts this season Ford has fashioned a 10-6 record and a 4.57 ERA. |
