 | Thursday, August 1st, 2030: Greys Hurler Named BL - AAA's #1 Starter In July when the Montgomery manager wrote the name "Thomas" on the lineup card, he knew he had a good shot at winning. Start after start in the month, William Thomas took the hill, took charge and usually got the win. He dominated with a 6-0 mark and 2.98 ERA in 6 starts. The gifted Greys star pitched 42.1 innings, fanned 23 and held opposing teams to a .232 average. For his outstanding mound performance Thomas was named the BL - AAA Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers. This season Thomas has compiled a 11-6 mark with a 3.74 ERA. |
