The Tri-Cities starter tamed the Ithaca Originals 4-0 with a 3-hit shutout, finishing the game with 2 strikeouts and 1 walk in a sharp outing. "I enjoy facing a team like that where I can get an out on one, two or three pitches," Marin said. "It gives me a chance to be a lot more aggressive." On his 2030 stats sheet Marin shows a 5-1 record, 10 starts, 75.1 innings, 28 strikeouts and a 2.39 ERA. |
