 | Sunday, September 1st, 2030: PL - AAA Best Hitter Trophy Goes to Stokes Bob Stokes, the Victorville second baseman, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out 42 hits, 9 home runs, 35 RBIs and scored 25 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Pina League Batter of the Month honors for August. In his stats this season, Stokes has posted a batting average of .338 with 154 hits in 455 at-bats, 30 home runs and 120 RBIs. He has also scored 94 runs, walked 34 times and compiled a .388 OBP. |
