 | Thursday, August 22nd, 2030: Wells Has Nagging Injury, Listed DTD Arizona's star center fielder Dana Wells injured himself in a game against the Milwaukee Microbrewers, prompting the team to list him as day-to-day. The doctors are reporting the injury as a bruised cheekbone and the best medicine is a short period of rest. "Hopefully I don't get replaced by some hotshot wannabe," said Wells with a smile as he talked to SION reporters. So far this season Wells is batting .291 with 20 home runs. |
