 | Sunday, August 18th, 2030: Sea Lions Whitewash Mustardmen, Paredes Winner Felipe Paredes of the Santa Cruz Sea Lions was lights out in a 5-hit whitewash of the Norwich Mustardmen. He told SION reporters, "I had my good stuff and it went where I wanted it to go." He registered 6 strikeouts and 2 walks in shutting out Norwich 4-0. So far this year Paredes has made 28 starts, tossed 207 innings, struck out 116 batters and walked 72. His record is 13-10 with a 3.43 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .265 batting average. |
