Acquaviva Strokes 5 Hits
Monday, October 20th, 2064
Today at The Hooligan Hideaway, Zac Acquaviva put on an impressive display.

The Chitown Hooligans center fielder tagged Columbus pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but his teammates were unable to capitalize on the spree and lost the game to the Columbus Crows by the score of 8-6.

"The loss takes some of the joy out of it, but I'll take it," Acquaviva said. "5-for-5 ain't bad in any league."

Despite the terrific performance, the Hooligans manager was unwilling to offer his center fielder much praise, saying he holds his "whole roster" accountable for losses.

"Zac told me 'Coach, I had 5 hits' and I said 'Well that's great, but it looks like we needed one more from you,'" manager Brian Marshall said.

Zac Acquaviva singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.

So far this year in 92 games Acquaviva is hitting .295 with 9 home runs, 57 RBIs and 74 runs scored.
