On the Road Again?!

After a one year hiatus in Agate Point, the former Portland Pisces are on the move again. Attempting to remove the "Blanks" tag, this year, New Owner, Ken Argot, will move the team 75 miles west of Portland to the Coastal town of Smugglers Cove where the aptly named, "Ghost Pirates" will don a hulkien Slime Green and Twilight Purple Motif.

The Pirates today re-signed their head coach, Gene Dawson, to a new 3-year contract despite a dismal record (4-12 the last two seasons in a row). But there is a future of hope for the Purple Ghosts in the outstanding play of rookies, FS Colin Bailey and SLB Chester Collier. QB, Mark Conley will return for a 13th year at the helm with RB, Skip Winters behind him.

Look for the Ghost Pirates to focus on their Wideouts and Cornerbacks in the offseason.

Scooby Doo and the Ghost Pirates is probably the great Ben Shue's most watched movie ever.
