    Default Sunday sim schedule change

I'm not doing them the rest of the year. After the season is over, we'll reevaluate where the league stands, along with the sim schedule.

Heh. Yeah, I kinda wasn't huge on Sunday sims either. Certainly not running them, but also from a participant standpoint. I don't mind slower, plus nobody's really tuned in on the weekend.

Everything is OK, but I get the feeling that people just don't really care one way or the other, and if that's the case, then I'm not wasting time on my weekend to run them.

Personally, when I was (am?) in peak FOBL interest mode, FOBL served as a work distraction during the week. Harder these days, but maybe getting there again as I become acclimated to my new surroundings and I return to some sense of normalcy. I won't be dabbling in Photoshop or installing the game what being on Linux and all (oh yeah, and in an environment where installing things is very much discouraged). I think everybody has a ton of stuff going on most weekends so the diversion isn't quite as needed.

I like having results on monday morning, but I am cool taking a weekend break. When we originally put in Sunday sims, it was just after the all-star break, as a way of accelerating things for teams that were out of the running for the playoffs. You could pretty easily replicate that by simming two weeks at a time once a week or something else, but whatever works.

As far as interest is concerned, I am very much engaged with my team, just no time for extras like back in the 1950s when we started this league.
