    Ok, make that four titles.

(and a hated rival in Long Beach, it appears)

I am all for the removal of R-ball. If that is a minority position and people just luv them some MOAR lottery tickets then we really need to add a short season league as well as split A-ball into low A and high A and have 35 round drafts. Pick a lane people.

I'd suggest 4 leagues, no age limits, myself. I don't know if I'd be giving too much credit to Markus, but it seems to me that those 17 year olds that get drafted could possibly get eaten up in A ball, especially when the game suggests most of them get promoted to short-season A ball, which we don't have...

Please let rookie ball go. Was never in favor of having it; unless you have 32 owners who are fanatical about minor league realism, it's just another thing in which to keep track.

My suggestion (and what I do anyway)...

    1. All draft picks are put in Rookie League
    2. They are locked in (meaning the FAC won't promote them)
    3. Remain there for the entire season
    4. Next season, they either go into ML, AAA, AA, A, or are released
    5. Lather, rinse, repeat

I'm pro one level of minors because who cares. And there you go. So whatever. Keep the lower level or don't, ain't care. The age limits are stupid tho and completely unnecessary.

I don't need rookie ball, but I do like having a few levels of minors. With injury levels dropped because people prefer stars over depth as a strategy (which is fine), if we dump everyone in one minor league, I'm going to feel like there is nothing to be done during the regular season.

I do to - I prefer what we have now to the 5 round drafts that resulted in deserted wastelands for systems.
